About the role: You are joining Disguise to build the UK division of our Labs initiative which supports our continued growth of the business, while ensuring that innovation and our culture stays at the heart of everything we do. We have an incredible global vision and ambitious plans around our XR offering and the metaverse.

You are a dynamic, commercially focused leader who can deliver our vision to expand and internationalise the disguise Labs. You will be able to help us create a sub branch for the Metaverse Lab. You will play a key role in the work to have XR Lab UK by the Q2 2022. What you will do: Head of Disguise Labs UK Responsibility for leading and opening the Disguise Labs Initiative in UK including Identifying & hiring the necessary resources for UK Full responsibility for growing the team and for the set up of the UK Studio working in close collaboration with the teams in New Zealand and LA. Work closely with the Chief of Staff and Head of Disguise Labs to ensure alignment with Labs Strategy and Objectives. Join, help build and present customer pitches for Virtual Production, Broadcast, Fixed and other vertical specific needs

About you:

● Experience in building and establishing teams

● Proven experience in playing a key role in a successful, high growth creative technology business
