The Instituional Sales Manager is a recognized technical and commercial steward for the Stablecoin area within the First Digital business. They are a commercial/sales professional that pro-actively manages institutional client accounts, that is driven by attaining top-line growth, achieving results, and is someone who stays abreast of developments within their client ecosystem and the macro virtual asset industry. The RM uses their product expertise, industry knowledge & experience, and client feedback to not only generate revenue growth, but to also contribute to First Digital's operational and client success excellence.

Why the role is important:

This role will have a significant impact on the Stablecoin area through complex revenue and market growth deliverables.

This role provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business to internal decision makers and is our direct channel back to our most impactful people, our Clients.

This role work impacts an entire Stablecoin area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the Business Unit and core custody and trust business.

What you will do:

  • Prospect, Develop and Maintain business relationships with professional market participants
  • Work closely with clients that will mainly fall within the profile of Market Makers, Asset Managers and Proprietary Trading Firms to achieve an open and transparent flow of critical data points, updates and insights
  • Direct client coverage and engagement that maximizes revenue growth from existing clients, and closing deals with new ones is a key expected outcome.
  • Comprehensive coverage of both onshore and offshore products; collaborating with CS, Product and Marketing to enhance education about FD Stablecoin products
  • Accomplish an assigned monthly revenue target, and help the business unit achieve an aggressive, profitable and competitive market cap goal for our Stablecoin products

What you need to bring with you:

  • Demonstrated history of critical relationship management and ability to leverage relationships to enhance the company's mission
  • Demonstrated knowledge in asset management, business development in virtual assets and a solid understanding of the traditional institutional banking trading flows
  • Proactive, reliable, innovative and a good team player with a strong sense of urgency and common sense, as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • 5+ years related working experience with demonstrated track record in a similar role
  • Drive and resourcefulness traits are keys to success within this role
