Job Responsibilities:

  • Order processing, invoicing;
  • Incoming/outgoing mail processing;
  • Payments monitoring;
  • Data verification;
  • Performing control procedures on agreements, orders and service contracts to ensure correctness and completeness of data in CRM system
  • Processing of quarterly/yearly subscription and royalty contracts, calculation of over usage fees;
  • Assistance to sales and marketing stuff;
  • Assistance to finance department with accounting procedures.

Job Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor degree in finance;
  • Experience of 1 or more years in sales or office administration or accounting;
  • Fluent written & spoken English (upper-intermediate (B2) or higher);
  • Other foreign languages as a plus;
  • Excellent business correspondence skills;
  • Advanced PC user (email, internet, MS Office: Word, Excel);
  • Experience with Salesforce as a plus;
  • Attention to details, accountability, quick learner, punctuality, analytical mindset.
  • Ready to work for EMEA schedule from 10am till 7pm
