Position Overview

As the SEO Manager specializing in B2B and SaaS, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic SEO initiatives to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and maximize online visibility for our company's products/services. Leveraging your deep understanding of B2B and SaaS industries, you will lead the development and implementation of SEO strategies tailored to our target audience and business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth and content optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website design, content creation, and technical implementation.
  • Perform regular SEO audits to identify technical issues, site errors, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, search engine rankings, and user behavior data to track the effectiveness of SEO strategies and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies to continuously refine and enhance SEO strategies.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of success in the B2B and SaaS sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in SEO and digital marketing.
