We'd like you to:

  • Oversee the management of paid search, paid social, and programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms with a clear testing approach and actionable analyses to drive awesome results for clients
  • Understand the paid media landscape, and be able to drive diversification of platform usage across your client base
  • Train and support a team in the creation and optimisation of paid search, paid social, and programmatic campaigns.
  • Apply a clear testing approach and actionable analyses to drive awesome results for clients
  • Produce insights, reports and commentary for clients to continuously deliver improvements in KPIs
  • Build trust and relationships with our clients, leading weekly calls and quarterly meetings
  • Work across various verticals, from B2B and lead gen to retail and ecommerce - you will be working on two of the largest clients in the agency, with both national and international remits

All sounds great right? So here’s what we are looking for:

  • Experience as a client-facing Search expert
  • Understanding of automation in paid search 
  • Advanced knowledge of SA360
  • Cross-channel expertise in either Social or Programmatic
  • Capable of driving a long-term media strategy
  • Bias for action, taking an account, setting direction and taking responsibility for delivery from their team
  • Media forecasting
  • Strong excel/google sheets skills and familiarity with data visualisation tools like Looker Studio 
  • Working at a high performing agency
  • Ideal already senior account director - alternatively a highly experienced Account Director
