As an Associate in Brainlabs you will start your career by gaining a basic understanding of the digital marketing landscape and beginning to learn the craft of one of our Practices. 

What you do:

  • Master media fundamentals to execute campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Explore paid media landscapes and identify key opportunities.
  • Gain hands-on experience with platforms like SA360, CM360, DV360, and Meta.
  • Adhere to best practices and QA processes for high-quality delivery.
  • Analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Embrace process improvements, innovation, and automation for efficiency.
  • Enhance collaboration and technical skills using G-suite and advanced tools.
  • Develop an analytical approach to data-driven decision-making.

Who you are:

  • An Indian national looking to take on a role working in our Bangalore office 
  • Very strong academic background and future potential. 
  • Passionate about growing your career in marketing and developing skills in strategy, innovation, and client leadership.
  • A confident and engaging communicator with good presentation skills.
  • Good data analysis & interpretation skills.
  • Someone with strong attention to detail, who is methodical and process orientated and cares about the quality of work and continuous learning.
    B.E/ B.Tech/ BCA/ BMC/ B.Sc Graduation or similar Technical education.

  • Post apprenticeship of 6 months, the top-performing apprentices will be considered for permanent positions within our organization, offering a clear path to launching your career in media services and the continuation of a 2 year scheme
