The Treasury Director will be a proactive leader with experience in treasury management in a multi-national, multi-currency business. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the creation of our new treasury function, including the design and implementation of policies, controls & procedures
What you do:
- Global Cash Management: cash pooling, global banking alignment & streamline
- Global Cash forecasting: design consolidated 16 week cash flow, improve forecast accuracy etc, lead to proactive decision making & efficient debt management
Foreign Currency Hedging Strategy: understand transactional FX exposures, manage relationship with 3rd party providers,
- Banking & Debt compliance: Group Fin:ancing Agreement ownership, compliance, interest rate strategy, debt margin management
- Tools & Systems: implement appropriate tools to support treasury function, alignment with new finance system
- Growth: Brainlabs is fast growing & acquisitive business. The Treasury Director will proactively develop processes to mature as the business matures.

- Experience in Treasury management in a multi-national multi-currency environment
- Someone who thrives on new challenges and who is restless in their desire to “find a better way”
- Numerate, accurate and methodical. Able to maintain high focus level in busy workplace.
- Works with own team and colleagues in supporting functions to meet required business objectives using open and personable approach.
- Uses initiative and observational skills to identify and gain support for control and process improvements
What particular set of skills would suit this role?
- Qualified through a recognised accounting body
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a treasury role,
- Proficiency in financial software, tools, and advanced spreadsheet skills
- Experience in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Intermediate user familiar with Google Product suite including G-Sheets and (soon) Cloud based single accounting platform / financial ledger systems

- Creation of the Brainlabs Treasury function, with clearly documented policies, processes & procedures.
- Mitigation of FX exposures
- Efficiency in banking processes
- Reduced debt servicing costs through efficient cash management & debt repayment.
- Ambassador for the Brainlabs Treasury function internally within the Group, ensuring proactive regional engagement.
