What you do 

You will be working with a range of clients to manage stand out campaigns across the likes of Google, Meta & Amazon, helping Brainlabs crush it across the globe as the world’s most innovative digital marketing agency.  Typical duties include:

  • Create PPC and DSP campaigns on Google, FaceBook, TikTok and Amazon Marketplace, whilst monitoring performance and optimising reach
  • Carry out keyword and product targets’ research & audience segmentation.  Establishing new advertising strategies through test & learn processes
  • Understand the clients needs to enable you to make recommendations and advise clients on how they can improve their approach to maximise results and suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple ad types
  • Identify industry trends and gather insights to understand the impact on a client's campaign
  • Monitor budgets and adjust bids to improve campaign performance

Who you are

This role thrives on a positive, collaborative spirit and a keen eye for attention to detail.  You have the ability to drive an


d learn, collaborate, aim for success and generate solutions - all whilst having fun!

  • 5 years setting up and managing paid search / Special campaigns, ideally on Google, Facebook and Amazon
  • Strong understanding of paid search tools, tactics and digital marketing skills to monitor and manage Google, Meta & Amazon PPC & DSP campaigns
  • A master in Excel and google sheets and data manipulation
  • Bi-lingual Spanish and English skills are essential

Key metrics of success for this role include:

  • You achieve the ROAS, CPA, CPC, CVR and KPI’s for clients
  • Your clients score us with 7 or above
  • You become a master on Google, Meta, Amazon & Walmart PPC/DSP in less than 3 months
  • Your pairs and manager recognize you embrace the One team culture
  • You prove to have Bias for action
