As a Paid Search Specialist you will get hands-on experience managing paid search accounts for some of the most exciting brands in the world.  You’ll get to complete a robust training program where you’ll learn best practices and advanced applications and build experience in a dynamic team at an industry-leading agency!

What you do

  • Successfully complete new hire training program & obtain all required certifications
  • Build campaigns and ads - keywords, ad copy, ad extensions, following defined campaign & ad group structure and utilizing Brainlabs best practices, QA processes, and tools
  • Monitor budgets and performance and make optimizations on a daily basis
  • Communicate performance opportunities & issues with the team while providing ideas for solutions
  • Perform regular analyses and make data-driven recommendations, following our 'test and learn' methodology

Who you are

You are eager to learn, curious, and excited about solving problems by using data. You have a passion for process and organization and are able to take on a new project and learn as you go. You’re excited to be a part of an organization where everyone contributes to driving tangible business results for our clients. Experience 1-2 years

  • Proactive and solutions-focused
  • Passion for marketing and/or the digital world
  • Smart and data-driven approach to work
  • Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, meta and LinkedIn
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbally

  • Possess interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Prior data analysis experience either as part of a class project or in a previous position
