What you’ll do

Group Account Directors are pivotal in the structure of our Client Hives. You will be responsible for strategically leading our Account Directors, Managers and Executives in the Hive, who will in turn drive and deliver excellence for our clients. You will cultivate existing relationships and ensure ongoing client satisfaction, whilst also working to uncover new business opportunities and identify areas for cross-selling. 

You’ll focus on three main areas: 

  1. Winning for our clients, through strong delivery and building solid relationships
  2. Leading and developing your team of Brainlabbers
  3. Driving new business through pitching and cross-sell opportunities

 Who we’re looking for

  • You’ll be an experienced leader, with a track record of building  high performing and ambitious teams who are driven to deliver their best
  • You’ll have deep expertise in digital media and experience in building cross channel media strategies 
  • You’ll have experience dealing with multiple large clients, knowing how to prioritise, allocate resources and delegate to ensure successful outcomes 
  • Someone who can deliver the best for our clients in the most commercial and effective way 
  • You’ll have a good understanding of the full marketing mix, allowing you to confidently pitch and sell our offering to both new and existing clients 
  • Exceptional resilience, capable of thriving in a dynamic environment and effectively navigating challenges with a positive and proactive approach
  • Experience in fast-paced environments, able to adapt quickly and maintain high performance under pressure
  • You excel at managing high-pressure clients, demonstrating exceptional communication skills and the ability to deliver outstanding results under tight deadlines

  1. Excel for our clients through strong and enduring relationships, you’ll exceed our clients expectations through effective relationships, strategic thinking and communication skills. You’ll ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  2. Lead and develop your team of Brainlabbers - you’ll lead a team that has performance at the forefront. You’ll identify the best way to manage resource and drive excellence for our clients 
  3. Drive new business through pitching and cross-sell - you’ll participate in new biz pitches, proposals and presentations to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts
