 As an Account Director/ Associate Director - Client Services you will deliver success across all aspects of your assigned clients’ Paid Media channels. You’ll ensure your team follows Brainlabs best practices, and you’ll play a key role in confirming quality assurance checks have been executed to deliver flawless projects. You will manage and mentor each of the positions under you to develop your team & drive client growth.

What you do:

  • You will be overseeing entire digital marketing strategy while ensuring your team delivers flawless, effective paid media execution across all elements of your assigned clients.
  • You will ensure the team follows defined Brainlabs best practices, and utilizes the proper features and tools to manage and optimize client account across channels..
  • Winning for our clients, through strong delivery and building solid relationships
  • You’ll translate client business goals into paid media account strategy through a deep knowledge of Media planning, platform features, ad types, and strategic testing plans.
  • You will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, Manage client relationship and coordinate with internal team to ensure client satisfaction

Who you are

You are a proven digital marketer (10+ years min experience) with significant paid media experience across a variety of clients in India with monthly spend greater than $1mn USD. You have demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team and have a passion for connecting digital strategy to paid search tactical execution.

  • You’ll be an experienced leader, with a track record of working in  high-performing teams who are driven to deliver their best
  • You’ll have deep expertise in digital media and experience in building cross-channel media strategies 
  • You’ll have experience dealing with multiple large clients, knowing how to prioritise, allocate resources and delegate to ensure successful outcomes 
  • You possess the capability to deliver optimal results for clients in a commercially savvy and efficient manner. 
  • Your comprehensive understanding of the entire marketing mix empowers you to confidently present and pitch our services to both prospective and current clients.
  • Platform Knowledge: Google Stack, Meta, Planning and buying platforms
