We'd like you to:

  • Oversee SEO content production across a portfolio of multi-market enterprise level accounts
  • Forge strong relationships with account leads as their primary point of contact for SEO content production
  • Be accountable for the timely delivery and quality assurance of all SEO content projects
  • Identify and resolve issues with process and quality of content as necessary
  • Handle incoming requests from internal and external stakeholders relating to SEO content production
  • Support with sourcing and managing relationships with freelancer writers across multiple languages
  • Manage capacity of both internal and external resource and find solutions for potential capacity conflicts
  • Support with the creation of accurate scopes for SEO content production projects
  • Creation and optimisation of project management software usage (Monday.com), e.g: creating automated boards, gantt charts, progress reports
  • Be accountable for the creation and maintenance of content production process documentatio

All sounds great right? So here’s what we are looking for:

  • Experienced in managing large multi-market SEO content projects 
  • Critical understanding of internal and external stakeholder management 
  • Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with teams and clients
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Proactive in resolving issues
  • Strong and adaptable communication skills
  • Adept in Monday.com project management software
  • Bonus if you have additional language skills
