We’re looking for a Head of Optimisation, to lead the team and drive forward the future of our proposition. This role will inspire the team to create and deliver exceptional optimisation strategies, whilst also being a strategic advisor to our enterprise clients, using your experience to shape the future of our services. 

What you do:

  • Lead the overarching optimisation strategy for our enterprise clients through a deep understanding of their business, the industry that they are operating in and the role that optimisation and personalisation plays within it
  • Responsible for the development of the team, leading by example through living our culture codes and creating a culture of collaboration and continuous learning
  • Provide thought leadership to our clients that educates and inspires 
  • Responsible for the success of Optimisation programmes, ensuring that they are delivering a strong ROI for our clients 
  • Develop and implement custom/ industry leading methodologies that allow us to uncover the opportunities that are going to make a real difference to the customer experience, generating growth for our clients as a result
  • Raise the bar of our experiment delivery and analysis techniques  through an exceptional understanding of server and client side experiment methodologies, experimental techniques  and knowledge of all industry leading analytics tools and DXPs 
  • Support the Managing Director in developing commercial strategies for new products, services and partnerships
  • Support with pitches and pursue opportunities to expand relationships with existing clients
  • Nurture partnership/ third-party vendor relationships 
  • Constantly be looking at ways to generate practice efficiencies so that we can innovate faster 

 

Who you are

You are a true advocate for creating a culture of experimentation and understand that the benefits for organisations that embrace optimisation extend far beyond revenue. You are incredibly inquisitive and have a drive to solve problems for clients and their customers.
