What's the role

We’re looking for a Programmatic Strategist to join our Client Services Team. As a Senior Specialist Programmatix, you will serve as the daily point of client contact responsible for all project related communication and execution across your portfolio of accounts.

What you do 

Client Responsibilities: 70%

Strategy & Communication:

  • Work closely with VPs and Group Account Directors within Client Services team to develop a detailed understanding of client goals, KPIs and creative and media objectives and translating them into effective digital campaign strategies.
  • Form close relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor and facilitator for programmatic media buying, surfacing insights, and educating customers on best practices
  • Act as the programmatic expert and primary point of contacts for clients
  • Communicate elements of the brief and/or campaign plan to internal teams, and ensure comprehension of the objectives and underlying strategy
  • Generate polished, client-ready deliverables with exceptional accuracy (e.g. performance reports, contracts, proposals, screenshots) using Google Suite 
  • Analyze campaign performance and attribution reporting for all accounts, extracting insights from raw data collected (e.g. eCPA, eCPE, CTR) and provide client-friendly briefings throughout the campaign flight as a supplement to reporting;
  • Lead communication between internal teams and convey technical issues and requirements in a clear and concise manner between teams and to clients
  • Garner strong client feedback scores through quarterly surveys

Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with other channel leads such as: programmatic, client service, and ad operations lead(s) to ensure deliverables and trafficking are in accordance with client SLA’s & strategy
  • Understand how data from various channels can help the overall customer journey
  • Provide effective account support (e.g. drafting agendas, taking meeting notes, pre and post-call notes, and updating project trackers)

Learning & Development

  • Develop relationships with key programmatic partners - data, supply, and adtech, etc. 
  • Stay up to date on the latest industry happenings (i.e. GDPR, Privacy, Brand Safety, case studies, UI updates and betas, etcs.) and required DSP updates in technical systems that are continuously evolving

    Campaign Management (15%):

    Setup

    • Proactively oversee and manage client campaign portfolios, oversight of delivery and performance,, surfacing insights, and educating customers on best practices
    • Manage & QA the full lifecycle campaign portfolio within relevant buying and campaign management systems (DV360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo!, and Amazon DSP) )  and ensure all campaign requirements are delivered according to SLAs:
      • Technical configuration: remarketing configuration, conversion and engagement tracking implementation 
      • Reporting & Optimization: work alongside programmatic specialists to understand performance and optimization opportunities
    • With direction from the VPs and Group Account Directors, provide tactical and strategic recommendations to enhance performance

    Technology & Experimentation:

    • Implement & use Brainlabs’ tools on all opportunities where applicable
    • Isolating opportunities to automate important workflows
    • Partner with channels leads & Programmatic Trader  to develop channel testing plans to drive continual optimization toward business goals 
    • Collaborating with the Specialist and/or Trader with troubleshooting issues related to data accuracy, creative approvals or technical anomalies

    Operational Excellence (15%):

    • Liaise with cross-functional teams to build internal or external tools that promote automation and create processes that support operational excellence
    • Cultivate an atmosphere that embraces diversity and inclusion

Who you are 

  • 2 years of experience in a Programmatic, Account Management, Account Strategist, Technical Services, Operations role
  • Solid understanding of programmatic, ad tech, self-serve DSP's, SSP’s, PMP’s
  • Experience in GMP Platforms such as: Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), Display Video 360 (DV360), Google Analytics (GA360 or GA4), etc. 
  • Experience in planning, buying, and optimizing cross-media campaigns via standard display

Desired Experience

  • Experience with A/B and/or Multivariate testing concepts
  • Knowledge of the evolution of programmatic media; how video, social, display, native, branded content became purchasable programmatically.
  • Experience in leading data-driven media technology (Liveramp, Customer Match, Epsilon, Acxiom).
  • Experience with industry and media research tools, ad verification, and brand safety tools (i.e. Kantar, IAS, DoubleVerify, Moat).
  • Experience with attribution modeling and 3rd party analytics data
  • Certifications: DV360, CM360, or any other major DSP
  • Experience with Project Management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or Trello
