So, tell me about the company

Brainlabs is an experimentation-led agency famed for its world-class company culture. We seek to create an environment where everyone is excited to come to work and contribute to our two-fold mission:

  • to change the future of digital advertising
  • to build the best company to work for

What’s the role?

We’re looking for an Accounting Associate to support GMP activity in the NAmer Region as well as general accounting activities for our Canada clients and vendors. You will have various accounting responsibilities with a primary function of GMP invoicing and revenue recognition as well as all other client  invoicing,  payables and receivables for the Canadian market.

Our Accounting Associate will have great organizational skills and attention to detail, will have a willingness to jump in and help out across all finance functions and have the capability to prioritize in a fast paced environment. This role will also be cross-trained and serve as a backup for other roles within the department.

What this job is

  • A key part in supporting our efforts to build a fast-paced, dynamic finance team at Brainlabs
  • A chance to wow our clients by using strong organizational skills and maintaining accurate financial records on their behalf
  • An opportunity to be a part of growing company that values culture and diversity

What this job isn’t

  • Solitary - You will work as an integral part of the Global Finance Capability Center with line of sight reporting into the NAMER region.
  • Boring! - This is a fast-paced industry. We have a high volume of GMP activity in the region that requires speedy delivery of accurate invoicing and revenue recognition. This will be done alongside other Canadian client invoicing and vendor management activities.
  • Micro-managed - Upon training, you will be trusted to fulfill your roles and responsibilities and to give 110% into helping the future growth of Brainlabs.
