Client Director - Job Description

Brainlabs is a digital media agency – we’re passionate about using data and tech to craft marketing strategies that drive real business results for clients. Our 1000+ Brainlabbers partner with some of the world’s largest advertisers to do just that.

We are looking for a brilliant, dynamic Client Director that can drive strategic partnerships with their clients! 

 

What you’ll do

  • You’ll really understand your client business and ensure our teams deliver against strategic objectives
  • You’ll work to deliver strategic client growth plans for your client, making sure you and the team deliver excellent work at all times
  • You’ll develop your portfolio of client case studies and articles promoting Brainlabs solutions 
  • You’ll actively anticipate client challenges and tailor optimum solutions
  • Act as a first point of contact for mid-level + client stakeholders as identified and build those relationships
  • You will help to pitch and win new clients in your area of sector/vertical expertise

 

Who you are

  • 6+ years experience of delivering full service media solutions to clients (Paid Search experience a plus) or working in an in-house role driving performance marketing effectiveness
  • You’ll have proven leadership skills and already be a trusted advisor to your clients/peers
  • You’ll have developing knowledge of how marketing and cross-media channels directly drives specific KPIs
  • A great storyteller and presenter with proven pitch experience if in an agency position
  • Brilliant communicator, relationship builder and capable of translating challenges into real media solutions 
  • A natural problem solver who enjoys finding solutions
  • You’ll have a developing knowledge of how end-to-end full-service media agencies deliver integrated solutions that solve your clients challenges..

 

How you’ll succeed

  • Minimum 7+ TRR scores or CSAT
  • A growing portfolio of revenue across your client or portfolio of clients
