Position Description
The Partnerships Account Manager leads and sustainably grows client business through affiliate marketing strategies and key partnership networking 

Objectives
Successfully manage relationships with new and existing clients to understand client objectives. Meet and exceed the objectives of clients through the successful development and implementation of online affiliate marketing strategies working with the business partners and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard clients to a Sparro lead affiliate marketing program
  • Play a fundamental role in the growth of our clients through affiliate marketing strategies and key partnership networks
  • Maintain communication between clients and publishers / networks to recommend new opportunities
  • Coordinate with various teams within the company to address affiliate needs, proactively review and identity growth opportunities
  • Negotiate and manage partnership and affiliate contracts and commission structures
  • Develop strategies to improve the affiliate program offering within the Sparro
  • Provide insights and recommendations to clients through regular reporting and meetings on how to optimise and grow the affiliate program
  • Working closely with partner networks on proposing new publisher opportunities for clients
  • Establish revenue growth goals and budgets for clients, based on partnership opportunities
  • Be an ambassador for the Sparro values and culture

Skills

  • 3+ years of relevant experience; proven experience in affiliate marketing or account management required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
  • Understanding and experience with large affiliate platforms, affiliate tracking models, tools and platforms such as Commission Junction, Impact, Rakuten, etc.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in one-on-one settings or in groups or teams.
  • An advanced ability to independently plan, strategise, and mobilise to achieve a project.
  • A confident and considered approach to problem-solving and project management

Performance Measurement

  • The performance of the Partnerships Account Manager will be determined based on their ability to:
  • Engage clients in Sparro’s digital marketing offering, value and strategies.
  • Develop client relationships, positioning Sparro as a key business partner.
  • Develop team members’ client management skills, experience and confidence.
  • Develop and progress the wider professional offering of Sparro - conceptually and through client management services.
  • Contribute to the values and culture of Sparro
