Your opportunity

We help our customers to bring their ideas to life by combining our high-tech solutions with our expert business process knowledge of their specific industry. We implement and build solutions from Siemens and Mendix. Teamcenter PLM, NX CAD solutions and the low-code / no-code platform of Mendix, a partner at the very top of Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for multi-experience development platforms.

We continuously add new offerings to our solutions catalog based on our customers’ needs. We provide a wide range of Software-with-a-Service solutions, ranging from standardized SaaS solutions to development tooling. We also provide our customers with templates and connectors to support optimization of manufacturing processes.

We have set up industry-specific tribes, which have full PL responsibility, incl. GTM, delivery / customer success, support, R&D, and marketing. In your role, you will be leading the go-to-market sales efforts of the Manufacturing Tribe of CLEVR.

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • You will own the full sales cycle from lead to close.

  • You will establish lasting relationships with senior executives and decision-makers, up to the C-suite.

  • You will identify and act on opportunities through (y)our growing prospect and account network.

  • You will nurture existing customers, manage contract extensions/renewals, and always look for opportunities for a cross / upsell while building and maintaining solid relationships with key stakeholders.

  • You will present the value of the CLEVR solutions to decision-making executives.

  • You will create proposals, lead RFP responses, and manage deal negotiations through closing and hand-over to the delivery team.

  • You will support and coach other sales Imagineers and help drive commercial awareness within the CLEVR organization. 

 


 

What you’re bringing to the table

  • You have 3+ years of experience as a Sales Account Executive preferably within the Manufacturing industrie.

  • Experience in selling Software / SaaS solutions, combined with services.

  • You have a consulting approach to understand the customer’s needs and collectively identify opportunities to implement, define and develop CLEVR solutions to improve business processes.

  • You have the experience and creativity to show the value of ARR business models to customers.

  • You can manage and coordinate multiple stakeholders, up to C-level, in sales processes, externally and internally.

  • You have a strong focus on closing deals and hitting your sales targets while serving the best interests of your customers and CLEVR.

  • You have a solid technical understanding of SaaS solutions, cloud technology, and delivery models.

  • In your go-to-market approach, you can manage relationships with key partners such as Mendix and Siemens.

  • You have the experience to define and improve sales-related processes.

 


 

About you

  • You are a self-starter capable of building relevant connections with internal and external stakeholders.

  • You are a team player but can also work independently when needed. It’s all about execution power.

  • You are detail-oriented and meticulous in numbers and sales proposals.

  • You are fluent in Norwegian and English.

  • You are tech-savvy, and competent with CRM, MS Office, Confluence, etc.

  • You can focus on set targets and not get distracted.
