This is the first major organic growth spurt of our company. Up to this point, all our Imagineers mainly came from merging 3 companies to form CLEVR, now it is time for Recruitment to do their thing. What would your day-to-day look like?
At CLEVR we are quickly expanding, and fast growth means fast change, so this is the status quo of today regarding the responsibilities within your role:
Stakeholder management, all with different Squads going through transition phases in growth.
Your business partners are the head of our Mendix Services and Siemens PLM Services Tribes. Your primary markets are the Netherlands but also you might help regarding Germany, the Netherlands and maybe Norway, Lithuania, Slovenia or England.
These roles are your main responsibility: PLM engineering & Mendix (IT consultants) careers
But you will also recruit for Staff roles such as HR, Sales and Marketing in these respective markets.
To find new sourcing methods to fill our pipeline faster than ever, obviously, in a competing market. No one will stop you. You will get the resources that will help you to make an impact in your own way.
Accelerate collaborative hiring with hiring managers and highlighting CLEVR’s USPs.
And everything that has to do with in-house corporate recruitment!
Many cups of coffee will be accompanied by fruitful conversations with colleagues and candidates about projects, releases, go-lives, sprint reviews, new features in the platform, attributes, traditional computer-aided design and engineering tools, and the privilege of state-of-art technologies. Experience in and love for recruiting scarce (somewhat) tech candidates
Agile mindset. It’s not only that the CLEVRian managers empower Imagineers and their initiatives. It also works the other way around. Our role is vital, and we love to share ideas and concerns and agree and disagree. Even if no one asks, the hiring managers are happy when we speak out and consult them with our input.
