Your opportunity 

  • Identify and execute demand generation and demand capturing strategies and set clear lead generation KPI’s to drive sustainable growth for the company.
  • Optimize various marketing channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising, using data, and testing for decision-making.
  • Develop and implement targeted campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation.
  • Interact with sales and management to define target customer profiles and market segments.
  • Create sales collateral and user stories to support sales.
  • Engage with customers, industry experts and represent the company as a thought leader.
  • Use analytics tools and apply expertise in data analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, technology, services to optimize our value-selling propositions.

 


 

Your role will include

Interacting with customers and prospects up to C-level, representing the company, and working efficiently with cross-functional teams. You have a strong understanding of customer behavior and commercial acumen. Besides, having excellent analytical skills, with the proven ability to analyze data to steer marketing activities and the right experience to create and execute targeted campaigns. What you bring to the table

  • A bachelor's Marketing degree or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing and a strong background of success in driving growth for companies.
  • Prior experience in business-to-business technology services for a broad spectrum of industries.
  • Proficiency with marketing technologies and tools, including marketing automation and data analysis platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial.
  • Fluent in English, verbally and in writing. Other languages, like Dutch, German or Norwegian is a plus.
