The mission is to streamline development processes, establish a consistent technical foundation across regions, and empower teams with the necessary resources to innovate efficiently.

Platform Engineering is a global team and acts as a bridge between the technical requirements of application development and the practical aspects of deploying and maintaining those applications in a production environment, minimizing friction, and ensuring that tech teams can operate seamlessly and drive progress forward.

The Platform Engineering team is looking for a multi-talented and passionate software engineer to play a critical role in advancing our internal deployment infrastructure! You will be part of a highly experienced team that supports codebases in a variety of languages, including Go, Python, and Java, to ensure the stability and reliability of the platforms on which our trading applications operate. This role requires building robust solutions that integrate with and enhance our trading platforms to meet the rapidly evolving needs of a modern trading firm that consistently pushes technical boundaries.

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain our infrastructure platform and software stack
  • Develop expertise within the entire software development lifecycle
  • Learn new technologies and programming languages in a dynamic environment
  • Collaborate with System Engineers, Traders, Quant Researchers, and other Engineers both locally and globally
  • Write reliable and scalable software while balancing time to production with quality and testability

Your Skills and Experience:

  • A current student graduating between December 2024 – July 2025 that is pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technology field
  • Have strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures
  • Proficiency in a programming language is required (Go, Python, or Java preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills and interest in solving complex problems programmatically
  • Desire to interact and work closely with non-engineers in a dynamic environment
  • Must be available for full-time employment starting in February or August 2025
  • You have a DevOps mindset and are comfortable working across the entire application lifecycle, from development and testing to deployment and operations.
  • You use an iterative development approach, engaging users early and gathering feedback to quickly and confidently affect changes in your solutions.
  • You promote the benefits of infrastructure changes among users to increase knowledge and boost adoption.
