What you will be doing

  • Manage the usage of packing materials and make sure the usage matching with the dispatched orders
  • Create and develop the packaging guidelines for each category of the items
  • Manage weekly cycle-count for the Packing materials and make sure there are no wasting materials
  • Manage the Same day delivery with the inventory team and make sure 100% of the orders are shipped
  • Achieve 100% of outbound KPIs
  • Audit the outbound products
  • Audit all the investigation cases and make sure this not exceed the SLA
  • Audit the team attendance, break time, working performance and create monthly one to one appraisal
  • Update the team schedule weekly to be matched with expected volume of orders

What we are looking for

  • 3 years of experience in warehousing
  • Background experience in QA Management is required
  • Self-motivated and team player
  • Able to work under stress and flexible with frequently changing work locations
  • Fluent English level
