What you will be doing:
- Plan, execute and manage dedicated Accounting stream centralization
- Plan and monitor process transition to Group Shared Services
- Standardize and improve dedicated Accounting stream process and operations
- Define and monitor dedicated Accounting stream department key performance indicators and SLA’s
- Plan, own and execute accounting controls (connected with SOX Compliance) like:
- Summarizing and reconciling accounting with operational systems
- Substantiating financial transactions and GL balances
- Liaising with operation teams and controllers to identify gaps and work to solve them
What we are looking for:
- Degree in Management / Finance / Accounting or equivalent;
- Minimum 5 years experience in accounting in an IFRS environment is a plus;
- Ability to work autonomously;
- English proficiency written and spoken;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to collaborate globally and work cross-functionally with other teams.
