We are currently seeking a Business Analyst 

What You Bring:

  • Proven Experience: 3+ years as a Business Analyst, ideally working with legacy systems or in complex environments where technical and business requirements need careful alignment.
  • Documentation Expertise: Strong experience in documenting business processes, system workflows, and technical specifications in a clear and structured way.
  • Facilitation Skills: Ability to lead and facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions between business and technical teams to elicit and refine requirements.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical details for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think both analytically and strategically, identifying key areas for system improvements or process refinements.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with C++, APIs, databases, and general IT system architectures to effectively communicate with developers.
  • Business Process Analysis: Experience with business process mapping tools and techniques such as BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation), use case modeling, or similar methodologies.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with legacy C++ systems or complex technical environments.
  • Familiarity with, Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of  API documentation and integration processes.
  • Experience with UML or other modeling languages.
