What you will be doing:
- Planification & deployment of e-fulfillment centers depending on size of business;
- Contribute to tech improvements to increase efficiency in operations;
- Cost-efficiency of packaging & productivity;
- Standardize layouts of aftersales department;
- Standardize layouts of inbound, outbound and inventory departments;
- Inventory management vs commercial growth strategy.

- Identify Fulfillment Center needs and analyze item level performance to help generate basket-level analyses to determine proper ownership and placement within the fulfillment network
- Communicate to service providers and internal partners areas of opportunity to improve cost management, guest experience and overall execution
- Communicate with team out-of-stocks, ensuring 100% in-stock of products in assigned category and analyze trends of fast selling products for optimal item location placement
- Help others in team to prioritize tasks and ensure achievement of critical individual and group goals
- Provide feedback, coaching and guidance where appropriate to enhance skill development and resolve poor performance
- Responsible for leading the overall fulfilment operation for the whole organisation, the focus for this position to improve working practices to maximise efficiency and profitability across the operation.

What we are looking for
- 6+ years of experience in Fulfillment related roles;
- Sharp, outgoing and up to date individual;
- Proficiency in English;
- Open to travel.
