We are currently looking for a talent sourcer to join us for a 12 month fixed term to help us meet our hiring goals!

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Sourcer to join our talent acquisition team. As a Talent Sourcer, you will play a crucial role in proactively identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent for our organization. Your primary focus will be on building robust talent pipelines and sourcing strategies to support our hiring needs. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for identifying talent, strong research skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


So what will you be doing?


  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques and platforms, such as social media, professional networks, online databases, and job boards, to identify and attract high-quality passive candidates.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates across multiple disciplines and skill sets. Proactively engage with passive candidates and nurture long-term relationships to ensure a continuous pool of qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Review resumes and applications, assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles, and conduct preliminary phone screens to gauge their interest and suitability.
  • Research and Market Mapping: Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor analysis to understand talent availability and build a deep understanding of various talent pools.
  • Collaboration with Recruiters and Hiring Managers: Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their talent requirements, including job specifications, skills, and cultural fit. Provide timely and relevant candidate recommendations based on the identified criteria.
  • Utilize Recruitment Tools: Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and other recruitment technologies to streamline and enhance the sourcing and candidate management processes.


Who are we ideally looking for?


  • A candidate with some exposure to a recruitment or sourcing focused position
  • Ideally someone who has used linkedin and other direct candidate outreach methods
  • Someone with experience interviewing candidates
