Role Overview
The Customer Care team aims to engage and retain our customers with FT products by providing outstanding Customer Care 100% of the time. As an Administration Assistant, you will support the Talent Manager to recruit and retain a team that is skilled to deliver the Customer Care Mission.
Duties include but are not limited to:

Organising team social events
-
Organising team incentives
-
Co-ordinating team wide communications regarding staff engagement initiatives

Assisting with the coordination of the onboarding of new hires in to the team

Supporting Training Administration
-
Facilitating (booking) department wide events such as Town Halls and Spotlight talks

Supporting the contact centre leadership team with team communication, incentive management and general administrative tasks

Coordinating interviews with prospective candidates
There is also scope to be involved with the sifting and screening of prospective candidates.
