Role Overview

The Customer Care team aims to engage and retain our customers with FT products by providing outstanding Customer Care 100% of the time. As an Administration Assistant, you will support the Talent Manager to recruit and retain a team that is skilled to deliver the Customer Care Mission.

Duties include but are not limited to: 

  • Organising team social events

  • Organising team incentives

  • Co-ordinating  team wide communications regarding staff engagement initiatives

  • Assisting with the coordination of the onboarding of new hires in to the team

  • Supporting Training Administration

  • Facilitating (booking) department wide events such as Town Halls and Spotlight talks

  • Supporting the contact centre leadership team with team communication, incentive management and general administrative tasks

  • Coordinating interviews with prospective candidates

There is also scope to be involved with the sifting and screening of prospective candidates.

Required skills:

  • Superb communication skills - both written and verbal.

  • Keen eye for detail and problem solving

  • Resilience - able to adapt to changes quickly.

  • Excellent problem solving skills.

  • Effective - can work quickly and accurately.

  • The ability to work well under pressure and juggle multiple tasks

  • Able to work autonomously
