What you will be doing
- Focuses delivery on ‘balanced scorecard’ results and sustainable improvement through People and Financial resources, Customer Service and Business Processes
- Own the transport deep dives process, continuously improving the process, executing aligned deep dives and governing execution of action plans
- Efficiently manages 3PL providers including, but not limited to, cost effectiveness, control of expenditure, service excellence
- Understands and meets the company’s Operating License obligations ensuring that appropriate controls and procedures are rigorously enforced
- Auditing & analytic reporting to ensure processes are being followed in accordance with the required
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of experience in a Transportation, Disruption
- Knowledge of transport methods, costs and benefits
- Maths knowledge
- Thorough working knowledge of MS Office, e.g. solid and sound Excel knowledge
- Knowledge of engineering, science and technology
- Design skills and knowledge
- Analytical thinking skills
- Ability to work well with others
- Complex problem-solving skills
- Good attention to detail
- Understanding of E-Commerce Direct-to-Consumer order fulfillment concepts
