Job responsabilities : 

  • Reception of customers reception of packages to deliver delivery from packages to customers
  • Cancellation of certain orders
  • The creation of customer returns
  • The dispatch of cancellations and customer returns (delivery of parcel to the carrier)
  • The collection of cash equivalent to the amount of packages delivered on daily delivery of the collected cash to banks/agents of collects orders on behalf of customers
  • Other tasks related to the life of an agency
