Job responsabilities :
- Reception of customers reception of packages to deliver delivery from packages to customers
- Cancellation of certain orders
- The creation of customer returns
- The dispatch of cancellations and customer returns (delivery of parcel to the carrier)
- The collection of cash equivalent to the amount of packages delivered on daily delivery of the collected cash to banks/agents of collects orders on behalf of customers
- Other tasks related to the life of an agency
