As an Intern Product Owner, you'll work closely with experienced Product Owners and Scrum Teams, gaining “hands-on” experience in shaping product vision, managing backlogs, and delivering value to our customers. This role is perfect for aspiring Product Managers who want to make a real impact while learning from industry experts.
What you will be doing
- Agile Product Management:
- Support one or more Scrum Teams in their Agile journey
- Assist in creating and refining product backlogs, including Epics, Themes, and User Stories
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iteration reviews
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as a liaison between development teams and business stakeholders
- Help articulate customer needs and business requirements to the development team
- Participate in product release planning and set expectations for new functionalities
- Market and User Insights:
- Contribute to market research and user behaviour analysis
- Help gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions
- Assist in creating user personas and journey maps
- Technical Collaboration:
- Work with development teams to understand technical constraints and opportunities
- Support the resolution of technical issues by liaising between business and development teams
- Gain exposure to various technologies and applications used in product development
- Agile Best Practices:
- Learn and apply Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Assist in organizing and facilitating Agile ceremonies
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team
What we are looking for
- Fresh graduates or those completing a degree in Business, or a related field
- Strong interest in technology, product management, and Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycles
- English proficiency (this is our primary language across the Group)
“Bonus” Skills:
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
