What you will be doing

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors within the category.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, understanding their needs, and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and business reviews to communicate performance metrics, discuss strategies, and upsell additional services.
  • Develop account plans and strategies to maximize vendor retention and revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to meet vendor objectives.
  • Monitor account health and performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to vendors.
  • Work closely with vendors to identify opportunities for product or service enhancements and collaborate with internal teams to implement them
  • Identify new business opportunities within the home category and proactively pursue them.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential vendors.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to secure new partnerships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide strategic recommendations and drive innovation.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and success by providing exceptional customer support and service.
  • Monitor and address any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively.
  • Advocate for clients' needs and requirements to ensure their long-term success.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, or any related field 
  • Strong commercial skills;
  • Good analytical and numerical skills;
  • Great capacity to handle high stake negotiations;
  • Structured, data-driven, thorough;
  • Good with tools (excel & PPT, Salesforce would be a plus);
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a team player;
  • Great ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment;
  • Flawless English communication.
