We’re looking for a (Junior) People Operations Specialist to become part of our People Operations Team. The ideal candidate brings a practical and structured way of working, a natural ability to manage multiple priorities, and great attention to detail. You’ll be a strong and reliable support to Klangers throughout the whole employee lifecycle and help us create an outstanding employee experience.
What you’ll do:
- You will support with all personnel-related administration from onboarding to offboarding (HRIS, contracts amendments, confirmations, reference letters, absence)
- You will build and maintain our People reports and dashboards
- You will assist our employees in People Operations related matters
- You will support with processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and payroll
- You will develop yourself while taking on more responsibility within your personal growth process
Who we think will be a great fit:
- You have 1+ years of experience in an administrative role
- You have experience with reporting dashboards and data visualization (e.g., Power BI), and advanced knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
- You have great organizational skills, and the ability to ensure the accuracy of highly detailed and confidential information
- You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and have at least an intermediate knowledge of German
- You are motivated and have a positive can-do attitude
- You are IT literate with good working knowledge of Google Workspace
- You enjoy juggling multiple work tasks simultaneously and managing priorities effectively
- You are always on the lookout for things to improve around you
