Convera are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager, who’ll be responsible for the sales of hedging products to large corporates across Poland.

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Prospecting and onboarding new business across Poland
  • Presenting Convera and the scope of its solutions for international payments and currency hedging
  • Leading client meetings to present the Convera value proposition and close new business
  • Collaborating internally with sales and product leadership to deploy innovative global payment solutions
  • Meeting defined business targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

You Should Apply If You Have/Are

  • Strong sales experience within the Financial Services industry
  • Previous experience selling hedging products (preferred)
  • Highly self-motivated and confident, with high integrity and tenacity to outperform the competition
  • Financially astute with knowledge of business needs/concerns
  • Full driving license (travel required)
  • Fluent in Polish and competent English language skills
