Responsibilities:

  • Own end to end management of daily design operations including prioritization of briefs, deliverables, project scoping, and timelines 

  • Develop capacity management plans for the design teams to optimize workflow, regularly communicate to stakeholders on progress updates, and develop contingency plans when delays may arise

  • Regularly check-in and set up reviews with the design team to ensure briefs are understood and  KPI’s are tracked appropriately through Trello

  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Brand and across relevant teams (Onsite campaign, POM, HR) to ensure seamless campaign planning in line with resource capacity

  • Report on capacity management of the team, tracking KPIs and that SLAs are met and appropriate

  • Maintain the creative library ensuring it’s up to date and all stakeholders have access to both working files and final deliverables

  • Support the design team in managing the calendar to meet deadlines

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelors degree in business management, engineering or social sciences

  • A minimum of 2 years as a Project Manager/Lead; advertising agency background preferred

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, design management softwares (i.e. Trello) 

  • High aptitude to learn

  • Naturally curious and always looking for ways to improve efficiency in processes

  • Strong project management skills with an impeccable ability to prioritize, organize and multitask

  • Stellar persuasive and communication skills to bring together collaboration between various stakeholder groups
