Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and establish HSE policies i.e. General HSE policy, Smoking, Security etc… and Manage all reporting legal requirements and ensure full compliance
  • Develop risk assessment for routine operation and ensure implementation
  • Issue permits to conduct high risk operation programs 
  • Investigate accidents and injuries ensuring all accidents have been investigated and proper actions have been taken
  • Develop Training Matrix as per company requirements and follow up on of all health and safety training plan
  • Establish & maintain health and safety records system and manage the HSE filing system This includes but not limited to; HSE inspections, Audits, incidents, housekeeping checks, drills, measurements, etc.
  • Conduct full assessment on fire compliance in plant including prevention and protection
  • Develop an approved fire assessment with accordance to both LH and /or internal / local requirements
  • Responsible for managing all fire equipment and exit plan, and conduct regular inspections to ensure the compliance of
  • specifications and requirements
  • Conduct emergency drills as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in any field
  • 1-3 years of experience in HSE field, preferred warehousing related
  • Extensive background in Hazards identification and control, business operations, and Incident investigation
  • Good working knowledge in MS Office
  • Team management and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
