As a Payment Processing Coordinator with Convera based in our Vilnius office, you will be responsible to facilitate the effective identification and resolution of customer and banking partner inquiries to payment transactions. The role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure SLAs and KPIs are adhered to and investigative duties are managed and resolved in accordance with client’s expectations. Working hours 4 pm - 12.30 am, Monday to Friday.

You will be responsible for: 

• Coordinate payment queries, providing as immediate answers were possible and referring to banking partners when necessary
• Accurately coordinate inquiries from banking partners and identify received funds in accordance with agreed SLAs
• Act as the bridge between our banking partners and internal teams both in writing and verbally as required
• Investigate issues surrounding incoming and outgoing payments
• Communicate with the correspondent bank network to help resolve payment investigations

You should apply if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree (or student)
• A strong attention to detail, as well as a sense of initiative and proactivity
• Ability to learn quickly and operate in a high-paced, high volume, dynamic environment, maintain targets and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
