As a Senior People Development Partner you will be part of the Group Talent and Culture team with responsibilities across brands and geographies.The People Development team’s agenda will be focusing on driving the cultivation of high talent density through strategic learning and development programs; fostering a culture of continuous growth to nurture exceptional leaders and managers; innovating strategies to develop and empower employees into future great leaders and managers.

You will collaborate with members of the Talent and Culture team to provide expertise, guidance, and support, enabling them to deliver their objectives effectively.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has proven experience in being part of learning and development initiatives, preferably within product/tech/IT/entertainment industries;
  • Has a strong understanding of and exposure to management and leadership development constructs, designed and/ or delivered internally or externally;
  • Demonstrates relevant expertise in design, delivery and/ or overall management of organisational development initiatives;
  • Proves excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization;
  • Has a results-oriented mindset and a track record of influencing impactful change;
  • Has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and ambiguous environments;
  • Has a Bachelor's degree;

What you'll be doing:

  • People development: design, deliver, evaluate, and maintain targeted & blended programs to nurture and advance soft and leadership capabilities at all levels;. 
  • Emerging Leaders: develop and oversee initiatives specifically designed to identify, mentor, coach and groom high-potential individuals for future leadership roles;
  • Talent management alignment: analyze skill gaps and training needs to ensure strategic development of management skills across the organization;
  • Management skills: design, deliver, evaluate, and maintain tailored technical and behavioral learning solutions to enhance managerial competencies and foster effective team leadership aligned to Superbet's vision and values;
  • Leadership mentorship & coaching: pair experienced leaders with emerging talent to provide guidance, support, and opportunities for growth;
  • Succession planning strategist: Collaborate with HR and department heads to establish clear paths and skills for progression to leadership roles;
  • Development initiatives management: own and manage specific initiatives design to increase soft and leadership capabilities across the organization;
  • Competency frameworks: participate in or lead relevant initiatives for developing specific competency frameworks, especially for management and leadership areas, or facilitate conversations with business leaders for developing technical competency frameworks as needed;
  • Provide expertise and guidance to subject matter experts when identifying appropriate solutions to deliver business outcomes;
