As a Paid Social Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across various platforms. Your goal will be to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and acquire new customers while ensuring compliance with advertising regulations in the gambling industry.
- Has 1+ years of experience in paid social media marketing, preferably within the online gambling or gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their advertising features.
- Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics) to track and report on campaign performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad content and visuals.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations related to online gambling advertising is a plus.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and implement paid social media strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Create, manage, and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Snap.
- Conduct audience research to define target segments and tailor campaigns accordingly.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize return on investment (ROI).
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad copy and visual assets that resonate with the target audience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and best practices in paid social advertising.
- Ensure all advertising content adheres to relevant gambling regulations and company policies.
- Report on campaign performance and provide recommendations based on data analysis.
- Work closely with other marketing teams to integrate paid social strategies with overall marketing efforts.
