As Talent Acquisition Partner, you are responsible for finding and attracting the talented professionals that drive and support our successful business. As part of a dedicated talent acquisition team for Commercial and Global Functions, you actively approach the market and participate in various initiatives that help in generating the talent influx needed for our company to continue to flourish, and to facilitate its steady growth. 

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a team player.
  • Has a successful professional track-record in direct talent search, ideally for domains such as marketing, finance, legal, etc.
  • Haves outstanding communication skills, fluency in English is essential. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish professional relationships. 
  • Is driven to deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 
  • Strong editorial, administrative and organizational skills, in terms of copywriting content (adverts, marketing), in registration of recruitment actions (ATS), in planning and organizing recruitment phases, in delivering campaigns and events, and in initiating onboarding or periodic reporting. 
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while effectively prioritizing tasks.
  • Creative outside-of-the-box thinking ability: you seize opportunities, rather than seeing obstacles.
  • Has a drive for continuous improvement & learning.

 What you'll be doing:

  • Partner up with hiring managers and stakeholders across the company to understand business requirements, and to define current and future staffing needs. 
  • Devise and proactively roll-out creative talent acquisition initiatives aimed at attracting the right talent at the right moment, such as writing and publishing content, single-handedly performing direct search campaigns, devising recruitment marketing programs, organizing events etc. 
  • Source qualified talent by actively reaching out to the market using direct search approach and follow up on applicants that applied or were introduced through referrals or partners. 
  • Inform and screen applicants applying behavioural interviewing techniques to assess qualifications, check references, plan and support interviews and practical cases with business, organize assessments or testing – guide the applicant and stakeholders through the recruitment process. 
  • Prepare remuneration packages in consultation with HR Total Rewards and in accordance with our salary classification system – bring out the offer and negotiate to closure with the candidate. 
  • Ensure careful recording of actions in ATS, and efficient administrative registration and onboarding of new hires in partnership with HR Operations, internal IT and hiring managers. 
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with staffing partners, colleges and universities, and career or networking event organizers. 
  • Work closely with team members and stakeholders across the company, readily delivering hands and knowledge as required.
