As a part of YouGov, a leader in living data and consumer intelligence, you’ll help the world’s top brands, media owners, and agencies make better marketing decisions with insights rooted in real-time, evolving data. For over 20 years, we’ve pioneered online market research, building an extensive source of consumer data to create the richest, most up-to-date understanding of consumer lives.
In this role, you’ll be the key organizer keeping our Global Qualitative team on track. You'll handle respondent recruitment, schedule interviews, and ensure participants feel valued for their time, fostering smooth project operations. As a strong communicator, you’ll work closely with teams across the globe, enabling meaningful conversations with diverse audiences and helping bring underrepresented voices to the forefront.
Why YouGov?
We’re driven by values of accuracy, ethics, and innovation. We believe in an inclusive, diverse work culture that empowers voices from all backgrounds. With us, you’ll find opportunities to balance work and life, collaborate in a flexible work environment, and grow with a team that values your unique perspective and skills.
Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):
- Develop and test screeners to select ideal participants for interviews on various topics.
- Serve as the first point of contact, scheduling appointments between respondents and the research team, while addressing any respondent questions.
- Maintain and update team calendars, helping everyone stay on track with project timelines and coordinating team project sheets.
- Set up research sessions, including organizing online focus groups or one-on-one interviews, and coordinating with external fieldwork partners or venues as needed.
- Work with the finance team to ensure respondent incentives are paid, projects are logged in financial systems, and relevant details are shared between finance and the team.
- Time code video footage to capture key respondent insights that best illustrate their perspectives.
These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:
- At least 12 months of administrative experience with a proven ability to meet personal and team targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to self-organize and manage tasks effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
It would be great if you had these to, but we’ll support you if you don’t:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and within a multi-country team
- Experience using additional Microsoft packages
