As a Payment Processing Assistant (Fixed Term 11 months and 29 days) with Convera based in our Costa Rica office, you will need to provide consistent, quality service by working closely with Client Support, Sales, and Internal Stakeholders in facilitating customer transactions.  

 You will be responsible for:  

  •  Review and monitor bank accounts.
  • Identify incoming funds for our customers.
  • Actioning various detailed tasks and controls.
  • Monitor intake channels to ensure the respective processing within the agreed service level agreement.  

You should apply if you have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree (or student) 
  • A strong attention to detail, as well as a sense of initiative and proactivity. 
  • Ability to learn quickly and operate in a high-paced, high-volume, dynamic environment, maintain targets and meet tight deadlines 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
  • Shift hours are Sunday - Thursday from 3:00pm - 10:00pm.
  • Hybrid schedule: 2 days a week in the office (Office days: Tuesday and one other day of the week); 3 days remote.
